The Galaxy Z Flip has a score of 88.5, which is a bit better than iPhone 8's global score of 85. Galaxy Z Flip's construction is newer and just a little bit thinner, but also somewhat heavier than the iPhone 8. The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip counts with a bit more vivid display than Apple iPhone 8, because it has a really bigger screen, more pixels per inch of screen and a much higher 1080 x 2636px resolution.
The Apple iPhone 8 counts with a little faster CPU than Samsung Galaxy Z Flip, because although it has less RAM and a lower number of cores, it also counts with a 64-bits processing unit. Galaxy Z Flip shoots a little bit better pictures and videos than Apple iPhone 8, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, a same size aperture, the same video frame rates and a camera with a 12 megapixels, the Galaxy Z Flip also has a larger back camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors.
Galaxy Z Flip's storage to install applications and games is just as good as iPhone 8's one, they have the same 256 GB internal memory. Samsung Galaxy Z Flip counts with a much better battery duration than iPhone 8, because it has an 81 percent bigger battery size.
Although Samsung Galaxy Z Flip is a better device, it costs a lot more than Apple iPhone 8, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Apple iPhone 8. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy Samsung Galaxy Z Flip, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and buy the Apple iPhone 8, giving up a couple features and specifications.
