IPhone 8 has an overall score of 85, which is a bit better than the iPhone SE (2020)'s overall score of 81.5. IPhone 8 has the same thickness and weight than the iPhone SE (2020). IPhone 8 has a screen that's very similar to the Apple iPhone SE (2020) one, both have a display of the same size, the same pixel density, the same display brightness and the same 750 x 1334 resolution.
The iPhone SE (2020) counts with a bit better processing power than iPhone 8, and although they both have the same number of cores and a 64-bit CPU, the iPhone SE (2020) also has a greater amount of RAM. The iPhone SE (2020) and the Apple iPhone 8 both feature incredibly similar cameras, both of them have a 0.33 inches camera sensor, the same video frame rate, the same aperture, a 12 megapixels back facing camera and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition.
The iPhone 8 has much more memory capacity for games and applications than iPhone SE (2020), because it has more internal storage capacity. The iPhone SE (2020) and the iPhone 8 feature similar batteries duration.
Although iPhone 8 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than iPhone SE (2020), and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as iPhone SE (2020). So if you want that extra features, you can buy the iPhone 8, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and buy the iPhone SE (2020), letting go a couple specifications.
