IPhone SE (2022) is a bit better than Galaxy Note 4, getting an 86.6 score against 81.6. The iPhone SE (2022) comes with iOS 15.x operating system, and Galaxy Note 4 works with Android 5.0 operating system. The iPhone SE (2022) is a notably newer cellphone, and it is also somewhat thinner and somewhat lighter than Galaxy Note 4.
IPhone SE (2022) features a superior processing power than Galaxy Note 4, because although it has doesn't have an extra GPU, it also counts with a 64 bits processing unit, a larger amount of RAM and a higher number of faster cores. The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 counts with a more vivid screen than Apple iPhone SE (2022), because it has a larger display, way more pixels per inch of screen and a much higher 2560 x 1440px resolution.
Galaxy Note 4 counts with a slightly better camera than iPhone SE (2022), because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is not nice for low-light photos and video and worse video frame rate, and they both have the same (4K) video definition, the Galaxy Note 4 also counts with a camera with a way higher 16 mega-pixels resolution.
Galaxy Note 4 counts with just a bit bigger memory capacity for games and applications than iPhone SE (2022), because although it has just 32 GB internal storage capacity, it also counts with a slot for an SD memory card that supports up to 128 GB. Galaxy Note 4 counts with a superior battery performance than iPhone SE (2022), because it has 3220mAh of battery capacity.
Although Apple iPhone SE (2022) is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Galaxy Note 4, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Galaxy Note 4. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Apple iPhone SE (2022), else you can save some dollars and get the Galaxy Note 4, letting go a couple features and specifications.
