Comparison review
The Apple iPhone XR has a global score of 82, which is a little bit better than the OnePlus 8's global score of 76. Although it's the best phone in this comparison review, Apple iPhone XR is an older, just a bit heavier and just a little thicker phone than OnePlus 8. OnePlus 8 counts with a bit sharper display than Apple iPhone XR, because it has a bit more pixels per inch in the display, way more brightness, a bit larger screen and a better 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution.
The OnePlus 8 has a much bigger memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Apple iPhone XR, because it has 128 GB internal storage capacity. The iPhone XR features a little bit better processing power than OnePlus 8, because although it has 5 GB less RAM and an inferior number of cores and they are also slower, it also counts with a 64-bits processing unit.
OnePlus 8 takes better photos and videos than iPhone XR, and although they both have the same aperture, the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and the same video frame rates, the OnePlus 8 also has a back-facing camera with way more mega-pixels and a lot larger back-facing camera sensor shooting much higher quality videos and photographs.
The OnePlus 8 has a very superior battery lifetime than Apple iPhone XR, because it has 4300mAh of battery capacity.
Although Apple iPhone XR is a better device, it costs a lot more than the OnePlus 8, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the OnePlus 8. If you want to save a few dollars, you can get the OnePlus 8, letting go a few features and specifications, but you will get the most out of your budget.
