IPhone XS Max has a global score of 84.5, which is just a bit better than the iPhone 6s Plus's overall score of 84.2. IPhone XS Max is a much newer phone than the iPhone 6s Plus, although it's a little bit thicker and just a little bit heavier. IPhone 6s Plus has a bit sharper display than Apple iPhone XS Max, although it has a bit smaller display, a little lower pixel density, a way lower resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and a lot more opaque screen.
IPhone 6s Plus counts with a much bigger memory for games and applications than iPhone XS Max, because it has 128 GB internal storage capacity. The iPhone XS Max counts with a little faster processing unit than iPhone 6s Plus, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processor, and they both have a 64-bits processing unit, the iPhone XS Max also counts with a larger number of cores and a greater amount of RAM memory.
IPhone XS Max shoots a little bit better photographs and videos than Apple iPhone 6s Plus, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video resolution and a same resolution camera, the iPhone XS Max also has a bigger camera aperture, higher 60 fps video frame rate and a bigger back camera sensor providing a better image quality.
The iPhone XS Max features longer battery performance than iPhone 6s Plus, because it has 3179mAh of battery capacity.
Although iPhone XS Max is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than iPhone 6s Plus, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as iPhone 6s Plus. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy iPhone XS Max, but if you don't you can save some dollars and get the iPhone 6s Plus, resigning a couple features and specs.
