Comparison review
Apple iPhone XS Max has a general score of 84.5, which is slightly better than Apple iPhone SE (2020)'s overall score of 81.5. Even though the Apple iPhone XS Max is better than Apple iPhone SE (2020), it must be noted that it's also older, much heavier and a little thicker. Apple iPhone SE (2020) has a bit more powerful processing unit than iPhone XS Max, although it has lesser RAM, they both have a Hexa-Core CPU and a 64-bits CPU.
IPhone XS Max counts with a bit more vivid screen than Apple iPhone SE (2020), and although they both have the same display brightness, the iPhone XS Max also has a much larger display, a much higher resolution of 1242 x 2688 pixels and a greater count of pixels per inch in the screen. Apple iPhone SE (2020)'s camera is just as good as the camera in Apple iPhone XS Max, and although the Apple iPhone SE (2020) has a smaller back camera sensor capturing worse quality photos and videos, they both have the same resolution camera in the back, the same (4K) video quality, a F1.8 camera aperture and the same video frame rate.
IPhone XS Max and iPhone SE (2020) count with extremely similar memory capacity to store more games and applications, they have the same 64 GB internal storage. The iPhone XS Max counts with a superior battery duration than Apple iPhone SE (2020), because it has a 75% bigger battery capacity.
Although Apple iPhone XS Max is a better device, it is way more expensive than the iPhone SE (2020), and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the iPhone SE (2020). If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can get iPhone SE (2020), giving up a couple features and specs, but you will get the most with your savings.
