Comparison review
IPhone XS Max is a little bit better than the Google Pixel 4a, with an 84.5 score against 82.9. The iPhone XS Max is an older and much heavier cellphone than Google Pixel 4a, but Apple managed to make it a bit thinner anyway. Apple iPhone XS Max counts with a quite better processing power than Google Pixel 4a, because although it has less RAM and less processing cores , it also counts with a 64-bit processing unit.
The iPhone XS Max has a bit better screen than Google Pixel 4a, because it has a bit higher 1242 x 2688 resolution, a bit larger screen and a bit higher pixels amount per screen inch. Apple iPhone XS Max shoots just a bit better photos and videos than Google Pixel 4a, although it has a tinier camera aperture which is not so good for low light photography and video, a back facing camera with less megapixels and a lower video resolution, they both have a 0.39 inches sensor.
The Google Pixel 4a counts with a much greater memory capacity for apps and games than iPhone XS Max, because it has more internal storage. The iPhone XS Max has a little better battery performance than Google Pixel 4a, because it has a 3179mAh battery capacity.
Although iPhone XS Max is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Google Pixel 4a, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Google Pixel 4a. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy the iPhone XS Max, else you can save a couple dollars and buy the Google Pixel 4a, letting go a couple features and specs.
