Comparison review
IPhone XS Max is just a bit better than Huawei P30 Lite, getting an 84.5 score against 77. Although the iPhone XS Max is better than the Huawei P30 Lite, we must note that it is also a a little bit thicker and a lot heavier cellphone. The iPhone XS Max counts with a bit more vivid display than Huawei P30 Lite, because it has a just a bit greater pixel count in each inch in the screen, a little bit larger screen and a slightly better 1242 x 2688 resolution.
The iPhone XS Max has a better CPU than Huawei P30 Lite, because although it has lesser processing cores (although they are faster), and they both have 4 GB of RAM, the iPhone XS Max also counts with a 64-bit processor. Huawei P30 Lite counts with much more storage capacity for applications and games than Apple iPhone XS Max, because it has an external memory slot that admits up to 512 GB and more internal memory capacity.
The iPhone XS Max captures much better pictures and videos than Huawei P30 Lite, because although it has a way smaller camera sensor which provides a much worse image and video quality and a lot worse resolution camera in the back, and they both have a same size diafragm aperture, the iPhone XS Max also counts with a way better (4K) video quality.
Huawei P30 Lite has a bit better battery life than iPhone XS Max, because it has 3340mAh of battery capacity.
Although iPhone XS Max is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Huawei P30 Lite, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Huawei P30 Lite. If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can get the Huawei P30 Lite, letting go a few features and specs, but you'll get the most with your budget.
