IPhone XS Max has a score of 84.5, which is much better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9's 76.6 global score. The iPhone XS Max is an older and a little bit heavier phone than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, but Apple was able to build it thinner anyway. Apple iPhone XS Max counts with a better looking screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, and although they both have a screen of the same size, the Apple iPhone XS Max also has a slightly better resolution of 1242 x 2688 and a little bit higher display pixels density.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 features much more memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than iPhone XS Max, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage capacity, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 also has an external memory card slot that holds up to 128 GB.
The iPhone XS Max features a better performing processor than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, because although it has 2 lesser CPU cores , it also counts with a greater amount of RAM and a 64-bits CPU. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 counts with a superior battery performance than iPhone XS Max, because it has 5020mAh of battery capacity.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 counts with a bit better camera than iPhone XS Max, because although it has lower 30 fps video frame rate, and they both have the same (Full HD) video quality and a same size camera aperture, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 also counts with a camera in the back with way more mega pixels and a way larger camera sensor capturing lot better quality videos and pictures.
Although Apple iPhone XS Max is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy the Apple iPhone XS Max, but if you don't you can save some money and buy the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, resigning a couple specs and features.
