Comparison review
IPhone XS Max is a bit better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, having an 84.5 score against 81.1. Although iPhone XS Max is older than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, it's construction is a little bit lighter and thinner. Apple iPhone XS Max features just a bit better hardware performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, because although it has a lower number of cores and a smaller amount of RAM, it also counts with a 64-bits processor.
The Apple iPhone XS Max has a sharper display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a slightly higher 1242 x 2688px resolution and a little bit higher count of pixels per display inch. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro features a superior camera than iPhone XS Max, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is not good for shooting pictures in low light environments and lower video frame rate, and they both have the same video resolution, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro also counts with a much higher resolution back camera and a much bigger camera sensor shooting lot better quality photos and videos.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro features a much better memory for games and applications than Apple iPhone XS Max, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro also has a slot for SD memory cards that allows a maximum of 512 GB. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro has a way better battery duration than iPhone XS Max, because it has a 5020mAh battery size against 3179mAh.
Although iPhone XS Max is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy the iPhone XS Max, else you can save a couple dollars and get the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, giving up a couple specifications.
