IPhone XS has an overall score of 84.2, which is a little bit better than the Huawei P20's 78.1 global score. IPhone XS's body has the same thickness than the Huawei P20, but it's a little bit heavier. The Apple iPhone XS counts with a better processing unit than Huawei P20, because although it has less cores (but faster), and they both have 4 GB of RAM memory, the Apple iPhone XS also counts with a 64 bits processor.
Apple iPhone XS has a bit sharper screen than Huawei P20, and although they both have a screen of the same size, the Apple iPhone XS also has a little higher 1125 x 2436 resolution and a just a bit better pixel density. Huawei P20 has a way bigger memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Apple iPhone XS, because it has 64 GB more internal storage capacity.
Apple iPhone XS takes a bit better photographs and videos than Huawei P20, because although it has a tinier back camera sensor shooting worse quality photographs, and they both have a back-facing camera with a 12 mega pixels, a same size diafragm aperture and the same video definition, the Apple iPhone XS also counts with higher video frame rates.
Huawei P20 counts with improved battery performance than iPhone XS, because it has a 28% larger battery capacity.
Although iPhone XS is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Huawei P20, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Huawei P20. So if you need that extra features, you can buy the iPhone XS, else you can save a couple dollars and buy the Huawei P20, resigning some features and specs.
