The iPhone XS has a score of 84.2, which is a little bit better than the Xperia XZ2's global score of 79.1. The iPhone XS is a a lot thinner and lighter phone than Xperia XZ2, even when both were only released 6 months apart. IPhone XS has a bit better processing power than Xperia XZ2, because although it has an inferior number of cores, and they both have the same RAM amount, the iPhone XS also counts with a 64 bits processing unit.
IPhone XS features a bit sharper display than Xperia XZ2, because although it has less brightness, it also counts with a quite higher pixels quantity in each screen inch, a bit bigger display and a little higher resolution of 1125 x 2436px. Xperia XZ2 has a much greater memory to store more apps and games than Apple iPhone XS, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory capacity, the Xperia XZ2 also has a slot for an external memory card that admits a maximum of 400 GB.
Sony Xperia XZ2 captures clearer photos and videos than iPhone XS, because although it has a smaller camera aperture, and they both have the same 60 fps video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the Sony Xperia XZ2 also counts with a bigger back-facing camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors and a much more megapixels camera in the back.
Sony Xperia XZ2 features better battery duration than iPhone XS, because it has a 20 percent more battery capacity.
