The Asus PadFone E is a little bit better than ARCHOS 40 Cesium, with a 53 score against 48.3. The Asus PadFone E has Android 4.0 OS, while ARCHOS 40 Cesium counts with Windows Phone 8.1 OS. Asus PadFone E's design has the same weight than the ARCHOS 40 Cesium, but it's thinner. Despite of being the best phone in our comparison, Asus PadFone E is also by far the cheapest, making this phone a great choice.
