The Galaxy Note Edge is a lot better than the ARCHOS 45b Helium 4G, having a general score of 81.7 against 49.8. These phones include Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Note Edge has the newer 5.0 version and ARCHOS 45b Helium 4G has Android 4.4.4, so it gives you a lot of extra features and a performance increase. Galaxy Note Edge's construction is thinner but somewhat heavier than ARCHOS 45b Helium 4G.
