Moto G8 is better than ARCHOS Diamond 2 Plus, getting a score of 74.4 against 63.8. The Moto G8 design is a little lighter but a little thicker than ARCHOS Diamond 2 Plus. Both phones in this review have Android operating system, but Moto G8 has an older 10 version while ARCHOS Diamond 2 Plus has Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
The ARCHOS Diamond 2 Plus has a sharper screen than Moto G8, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a greater pixel count per inch in the screen and a higher 1080 x 1920 resolution. Motorola Moto G8 counts with a quite bigger memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than ARCHOS Diamond 2 Plus, and although they both have exactly the same 64 GB internal memory capacity, the Motorola Moto G8 also has a slot for an SD memory card that allows a maximum of 512 GB.
Moto G8 counts with a processor that's just as good as ARCHOS Diamond 2 Plus's processing unit, both have 4 GB of RAM and the same number of cores. The Moto G8 features improved battery life than ARCHOS Diamond 2 Plus, because it has a 4000mAh battery size. Motorola Moto G8 takes slightly better photos and videos than ARCHOS Diamond 2 Plus, because although it has a worse resolution back-facing camera, it also counts with a way higher 3840x2160 video definition and a way bigger aperture for better low light images and video.
The Moto G8 costs a little more than the ARCHOS Diamond 2 Plus, but it's still a good choice, because you can get a much better phone for that extra money.
