Galaxy Note Edge is way better than Asus PadFone, having an 81.7 score against 58.2. Galaxy Note Edge's design is newer and just a bit thinner than Asus PadFone's, although it is also notably heavier. Both phones in this comparison use Android OS, but Galaxy Note Edge has the newer 5.0 version while Asus PadFone has Android 4.0.3, so it offers lots of additional features.
The Samsung Galaxy Note Edge has a superior processing unit than Asus PadFone, because it has a much better graphics processing unit, 2 more processing cores and more RAM memory.
