Comparison review
Galaxy S6 Edge is much better than the Asus Padfone 2, having a global score of 85.7 against 66.5. Both phones we compare here come with Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy S6 Edge has a more recent 5.0 version and Asus Padfone 2 has Android 4.4 version. The Galaxy S6 Edge construction is a lot newer, thinner and just a little lighter than the Asus Padfone 2.
Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge counts with a brighter screen than Asus Padfone 2, because it has a much higher 2560 x 1440 resolution, a bit bigger display and a lot higher amount of pixels per inch in the display. The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge features a very superior memory for apps and games than Asus Padfone 2, because it has 64 GB more internal memory capacity.
Galaxy S6 Edge has a quite superior processing power than Asus Padfone 2, because it has a better graphics co-processor working at 650 megahertz, a higher number of cores (and faster), a 64-bit processor and 1 GB more RAM. The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge features improved battery duration than Asus Padfone 2, because it has a 2600mAh battery capacity.
The Asus Padfone 2 has just a bit better camera than Galaxy S6 Edge, although it has a less mega-pixels resolution camera, a lot lower 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality and a lot smaller aperture which is not favorable for capturing photographs and videos in low light environments.
