Both of these phones come with Android OS, but the Motorola DROID Turbo has 4.4.4 version while Asus PadFone E has Android 4.0 version, so it gives you some nice extra features and optimized performance. The Motorola DROID Turbo construction is newer than the Asus PadFone E's, but it is incredibly heavier and thicker.
