Asus PadFone S counts with a little bit better performance than Samsung Galaxy S III Cricket, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processing unit, and they both have 2 GB of RAM, the Asus PadFone S also counts with a higher number of cores (and faster).
The Samsung Galaxy S III Cricket captures a bit better photographs and videos than Asus PadFone S, although it has a way worse 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality, a lot less megapixels back-facing camera and a much tinier aperture which is not nice for low light photos.
