Comparison review
The Asus ROG Phone 3 is much better than the OnePlus 8, getting a global score of 86.3 against 76. Despite being the best cellphone we are comparing here, we must highlight that it is also thicker and a lot heavier. The Asus ROG Phone 3 features a little bit better hardware performance than OnePlus 8, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Asus ROG Phone 3 also has more RAM.
The OnePlus 8 counts with a bit sharper display than Asus ROG Phone 3, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a quite more brightness, a quite higher pixels amount per inch of display and a slightly higher resolution of 1080 x 2400. The OnePlus 8 and Asus ROG Phone 3 have very similar storage for games and applications, they have the same internal memory.
The Asus ROG Phone 3 counts with a bit better camera than OnePlus 8, and although they both have a same size camera aperture, the Asus ROG Phone 3 also has a bigger back-facing camera sensor which provides a better image and video quality, a lot more mega pixels back camera and a way higher video resolution.
Asus ROG Phone 3 has a much better battery life than OnePlus 8, because it has a 6000mAh battery capacity.
