Comparison review
The Asus ROG Phone 5 Ultimate has a global score of 94, which is a bit better than the Asus ROG Phone II's 88 global score. The Asus ROG Phone 5 Ultimate construction is newer and a little bit lighter, but also a little thicker than Asus ROG Phone II. Asus ROG Phone 5 Ultimate features just a bit better screen than Asus ROG Phone II, because it has a bit larger screen, a quite better resolution of 1080 x 2448 pixels, a little bit more pixels per screen inch and a really brighter display.
The Asus ROG Phone II's storage capacity for applications and games is very similar to the Asus ROG Phone 5 Ultimate one, both of them have the same 512 GB internal storage. Asus ROG Phone II's processor is very similar to the processing unit in Asus ROG Phone 5 Ultimate, and although the Asus ROG Phone II has a lower amount of RAM, they both have the same number of cores.
The Asus ROG Phone II features a battery performance that's just as good as the battery life in Asus ROG Phone 5 Ultimate. The Asus ROG Phone 5 Ultimate shoots just a bit better pictures and videos than Asus ROG Phone II, and although they both have a F1.8 aperture, the Asus ROG Phone 5 Ultimate also has a much higher 7680x4320 video resolution, a lot higher 64 megapixels resolution back-facing camera and a bigger back-facing camera sensor.
