Asus ROG Phone 5 Ultimate's design is noticeably newer than the Galaxy Note9's, although it's somewhat thicker and heavier. Asus ROG Phone 5 Ultimate has a bit better CPU than Samsung Galaxy Note9, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Asus ROG Phone 5 Ultimate also has a higher amount of RAM.
