Comparison review
The Asus ROG Phone 5 is a little bit better than Huawei Mate 8, having a general score of 84.7 against 77.4. Asus ROG Phone 5's design is a lot newer than the Huawei Mate 8's, but it's heavier and way thicker. Asus ROG Phone 5 has a bit better processor than Huawei Mate 8, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Asus ROG Phone 5 also has 4 GB more RAM memory.
Asus ROG Phone 5 has a sharper display than Huawei Mate 8, because it has a just a little more pixels per screen inch, a quite better resolution of 1080 x 2448 pixels and a bit larger display. The Huawei Mate 8 features a way bigger memory for applications and games than Asus ROG Phone 5, and although they both have the same 128 GB internal memory capacity, the Huawei Mate 8 also has a SD extension slot that allows up to 128 GB.
Asus ROG Phone 5 has a very superior battery lifetime than Huawei Mate 8, because it has a 50 percent larger battery size. Asus ROG Phone 5 has a lot better camera than Huawei Mate 8, because it has a bigger aperture to capture better captures in poorly lited situations, a lot higher 7680x4320 video definition and a lot higher 64 mega-pixels resolution back camera.
