The Asus ROG Phone 5 construction is newer, but notably thicker and extremely heavier than Huawei Mate 9 Pro. Asus ROG Phone 5 features just a bit better looking screen than Huawei Mate 9 Pro, because although it has a bit worse 1080 x 2448 resolution and a lot worse number of pixels in each inch in the screen, it also counts with a bigger display.
