Asus ROG Phone 5 has a score of 84.7, which is much better than Galaxy A7 (2017)'s global score of 75.8. Asus ROG Phone 5's body is incredibly newer than Galaxy A7 (2017)'s, but it is way heavier and much thicker. The Asus ROG Phone 5 has a bit superior processing unit than Galaxy A7 (2017), and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Asus ROG Phone 5 also has 5 GB more RAM memory.
Asus ROG Phone 5 features a more vivid display than Galaxy A7 (2017), because it has a quite better resolution of 1080 x 2448px, a quite higher pixel number per inch of screen and a bigger screen. Asus ROG Phone 5 has a greater storage to install applications and games than Samsung Galaxy A7 (2017), because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage capacity.
