The Asus ROG Phone 5 has an overall score of 84.7, which is a bit better than Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition's 80.4 global score. The Asus ROG Phone 5 body is a lot newer than the Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition's, although it is way heavier and thicker. The Asus ROG Phone 5 counts with a bit better looking display than Galaxy Note Fan Edition, because although it has a quite lower 1080 x 2448 pixels resolution and a little lower number of pixels per inch in the screen, it also counts with a larger display.
Asus ROG Phone 5 counts with a bit better processing power than Galaxy Note Fan Edition, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Asus ROG Phone 5 also has a greater amount of RAM memory. Asus ROG Phone 5 takes way better photos and videos than Galaxy Note Fan Edition, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not good for low-light photos and videos, it also counts with a back camera with lot more MP, a much bigger back-facing camera sensor shooting lot better quality videos and pictures and a way higher video quality.
The Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition features a slightly bigger storage to install games and applications than Asus ROG Phone 5, because although it has less internal memory capacity, it also counts with a slot for SD memory cards that allows up to 256 GB. Asus ROG Phone 5 features a very superior battery lifetime than Galaxy Note Fan Edition, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity against 3200mAh.
