The Asus ROG Phone 5 has an overall score of 84.7, which is a little bit better than the Sony Xperia XZs's 77.2 general score. Even though the Asus ROG Phone 5 is incredibly newer than the Sony Xperia XZs, it's noticeably heavier and extremely thicker. The Asus ROG Phone 5 has a much better looking display than Sony Xperia XZs, because although it has a little bit lower display density, it also counts with a lot bigger screen and a little bit higher resolution of 1080 x 2448.
Asus ROG Phone 5 has a better memory for applications and games than Xperia XZs, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage capacity. The Asus ROG Phone 5 counts with just a little better hardware performance than Sony Xperia XZs, because it has a higher amount of RAM and a larger number of cores.
Asus ROG Phone 5 features a really longer battery life than Sony Xperia XZs, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity against 2900mAh. Xperia XZs has a camera that is very similar to Asus ROG Phone 5's camera, although the Xperia XZs has a lot lower 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, a back-facing camera with a way lower resolution, a way smaller back-facing camera sensor which offers a lot lower image and video quality and a tinier aperture which is not nice for capturing photographs or video in low-light environments.
