Comparison review
The Asus ROG Phone 5 is slightly better than the Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite, getting an 84.7 score against 77.7. Even being the best phone we are comparing here, Asus ROG Phone 5's design is noticeably heavier and noticeably thicker than Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite. Asus ROG Phone 5 has a bit faster processing unit than Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Asus ROG Phone 5 also has a greater amount of RAM.
Asus ROG Phone 5 has a much better looking screen than Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite, because although it has a just a little lower screen density, it also counts with a bit higher resolution of 1080 x 2448 pixels and a little bit bigger screen. Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite counts with as much memory to store more apps and games as Asus ROG Phone 5, they have the same 128 GB internal storage.
Asus ROG Phone 5 takes way better videos and photos than Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite, because it has a camera with lot more mega-pixels, a lot higher 7680x4320 video definition, a much bigger back-facing camera sensor capturing lot better quality pictures and a bigger aperture to take better low light captures and videos.
Asus ROG Phone 5 features a very superior battery duration than Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite, because it has a 6000mAh battery size against 3350mAh.
