Comparison review
Asus ROG Phone 5 is a little bit better than Xiaomi Mi 9, with a general score of 84.7 against 83.2. The Asus ROG Phone 5 design is newer, but notably heavier and a lot thicker than the Xiaomi Mi 9. The Asus ROG Phone 5 counts with a bit better screen than Xiaomi Mi 9, because although it has a little bit worse pixel density, it also counts with much more screen brightness, a quite larger screen and a little higher 1080 x 2448 resolution.
Xiaomi Mi 9 and Asus ROG Phone 5 both count with extremely similar memory capacity for applications and games, they have exactly the same internal memory. The Xiaomi Mi 9 and Asus ROG Phone 5 feature similar CPUs, and although the Xiaomi Mi 9 has a lower amount of RAM memory, they both have 8 cpu cores.
Asus ROG Phone 5 features a slightly better camera than Xiaomi Mi 9, and although they both have a same size camera aperture, the Asus ROG Phone 5 also has a lot better resolution back facing camera, a way better 7680x4320 video definition and a larger camera sensor capturing better quality videos and photographs.
Asus ROG Phone 5 has a very superior battery duration than Xiaomi Mi 9, because it has a 6000mAh battery size instead of 3300mAh.
