Comparison review
The Asus ROG Phone 5 has a score of 84.7, which is just a bit better than Xiaomi Mi Mix 3's 83.8 global score. The Asus ROG Phone 5 is a newer phone than the Xiaomi Mi Mix 3, but it is thicker and a little heavier. Xiaomi Mi Mix 3's processing unit is very similar to Asus ROG Phone 5's CPU, both of them have the same number of cores and the same RAM memory amount.
Asus ROG Phone 5 counts with a slightly better display than Xiaomi Mi Mix 3, because although it has a little bit less pixels per inch in the display, it also counts with a way brighter display, a slightly higher resolution of 1080 x 2448 and a little bit bigger display. The Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 has much more storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Asus ROG Phone 5, because it has 256 GB internal memory capacity.
The Asus ROG Phone 5 features a much longer battery performance than Xiaomi Mi Mix 3, because it has an 88 percent more battery size. Asus ROG Phone 5 shoots way better pictures and videos than Xiaomi Mi Mix 3, and although they both have a F1.8 aperture, the Asus ROG Phone 5 also has a way higher 7680x4320 video definition, a back camera with a lot better 64 mega pixels resolution and a lot larger sensor taking much higher quality photographs.
