Comparison review
Asus ROG Phone 5 is much better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, with a score of 84.7 against 75.7. Even being the best phone in our current comparison, Asus ROG Phone 5's design is older, incredibly heavier and incredibly thicker than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro. The Asus ROG Phone 5 has a bit more vivid display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, and although they both have the same display density, the Asus ROG Phone 5 also has a bit higher resolution of 1080 x 2448, a brighter display and a little bigger display.
Asus ROG Phone 5 features a way better performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Asus ROG Phone 5 also has 2 GB more RAM memory. Asus ROG Phone 5 and Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro feature very similar memory for applications and games, they have equal internal storage.
Asus ROG Phone 5 has longer battery performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, because it has a 20 percent greater battery capacity. The Asus ROG Phone 5 counts with a slightly better camera than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, because although it has a smaller back-facing camera sensor taking lower quality videos and photos, it also counts with a way higher 7680x4320 video definition, a lot higher 64 MP resolution camera and a larger aperture to capture better low light images and video.
