Asus ROG Phone 6D is slightly better than the Xperia XZ3, with a 79.8 score against 79.6. These phones come with Android OS, but Asus ROG Phone 6D has older 12 version and Xperia XZ3 has Android 9.0 Pie. Asus ROG Phone 6D's body is extremely newer than Xperia XZ3's, but it's heavier and just a little thicker.
