The Asus ROG Phone 6D Ultimate is slightly better than Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro, having a score of 83.2 against 81. Both of these phones work with Android OS, but the Asus ROG Phone 6D Ultimate has 12 version and Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro has Android 6.0 Marshmallow version. The Asus ROG Phone 6D Ultimate body is a lot newer, but extremely heavier and notably thicker than Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro.
The Asus ROG Phone 6D Ultimate has a better looking display than Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro, because it has a little bit larger screen, a quite better resolution of 1080 x 2448 and a little more pixels per inch of screen.
