Asus ROG Phone 6D Ultimate is a little bit better than the Galaxy S23 Ultra, with a general score of 83.2 against 81.5. Both phones in this comparison review work with Android OS, but Asus ROG Phone 6D Ultimate has an older 12 version and Galaxy S23 Ultra has Android 13 version. Asus ROG Phone 6D Ultimate has a bit more powerful CPU than Galaxy S23 Ultra, and although they both have 8 cores, the Asus ROG Phone 6D Ultimate also has a larger amount of RAM.
