Comparison review
The Galaxy M31 has a score of 86.5, which is slightly better than the Asus ROG Phone 7's general score of 81.2. Galaxy M31's design is somewhat thinner and much lighter than the Asus ROG Phone 7, even though it was released 3 years before. Both devices we compare here have Android operating system, but the Galaxy M31 has the older 11 version and Asus ROG Phone 7 has Android 13.
The Galaxy M31 counts with a way better performance than Asus ROG Phone 7, although it has 10 GB less RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores. The Galaxy M31 counts with a slightly better looking screen than Asus ROG Phone 7, although it has a just a bit worse pixels number per display inch, a lot worse 1080 x 2340 resolution and a little smaller display.
The Samsung Galaxy M31 captures a bit better photos and videos than Asus ROG Phone 7, because although it has a smaller back-facing camera sensor providing a worse image quality, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the Samsung Galaxy M31 also counts with better video frame rate and a lot more megapixels back facing camera.
Asus ROG Phone 7 counts with much more storage to install applications and games than Samsung Galaxy M31, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 448 GB more internal storage. The Samsung Galaxy M31's battery performance is very similar to the Asus ROG Phone 7 one.
