Comparison review
Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro is just a bit better than Huawei Mate 9 Pro, having an 84.2 score against 78.7. Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro's construction is a lot newer, but somewhat thicker and extremely heavier than Huawei Mate 9 Pro. These phones have Android OS, but Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro has the older 14 version while Huawei Mate 9 Pro has Android 8.0 Oreo version.
The Huawei Mate 9 Pro counts with a very superior performance than Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro, although it has a lower amount of RAM, they both have 8 processing cores. Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro has just a bit better display than Huawei Mate 9 Pro, because although it has a little lower resolution of 1080 x 2400px and a way lower amount of pixels per inch of screen, it also counts with a larger display.
The Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro has a much better memory capacity for apps and games than Huawei Mate 9 Pro, because it has 512 GB internal storage. The Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro has a really longer battery life than Huawei Mate 9 Pro, because it has a 5500mAh battery size. Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro takes a lot better photos and videos than Huawei Mate 9 Pro, because it has a lot more megapixels camera in the back, a larger diafragm aperture, a way bigger sensor shooting lot better quality videos and photographs and a lot higher video definition.
