Comparison review

The LG G8 ThinQ is a bit better than the Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro, with a general score of 84.3 against 84.2. Both of these phones work with Android OS (operating system), but LG G8 ThinQ has a newer 9.0 Pie version while Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro has Android 14, giving a couple nice extra features and performance tweaks. Even though the LG G8 ThinQ is incredibly older than the Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro, it's design is notably lighter and just a little bit thinner.

The Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro has a little sharper display than LG G8 ThinQ, because although it has a lot lower pixels number per inch of screen and a way worse resolution of 1080 x 2400, it also counts with much more brightness and a little bigger display. The Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro features a little bit more storage for applications, games, photos and videos than LG G8 ThinQ, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with 512 GB internal memory capacity.

LG G8 ThinQ counts with a very superior processor than Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro, although it has a lower amount of RAM, they both have the same number of cores. Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro shoots much better photos and videos than LG G8 ThinQ, because although it has a much smaller aperture which is not recommended for capturing photos or video in low light environments, it also counts with a way higher video resolution, a lot larger sensor which provides a lot higher image and video quality and a back camera with lot more MP.

Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro features a much better battery performance than LG G8 ThinQ, because it has a 5500mAh battery capacity.
