Comparison review
Motorola Edge 20 Lite has a global score of 87.1, which is slightly better than the Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro's overall score of 84.2. These phones come with Android operating system, but the Motorola Edge 20 Lite has the previous 11 version while Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro has Android 14. Motorola Edge 20 Lite is an much older phone than the Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro, but it's somewhat lighter and just a bit thinner anyway.
The Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro features a much better screen than Motorola Edge 20 Lite, because although it has a just a bit less pixels per inch in the screen, and they both have the same 1080 x 2400 resolution, the Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro also counts with a little bit bigger display. The Motorola Edge 20 Lite has a very superior processing power than Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro, although it has 8 GB lesser RAM, they both have 8 cores.
Motorola Edge 20 Lite takes slightly better videos and photos than Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro, and although they both have the same camera aperture and the same (4K) video resolution, the Motorola Edge 20 Lite also has faster video frame rate and a lot more megapixels back camera. The Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro has a much greater storage for games and applications than Motorola Edge 20 Lite, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with 512 GB internal storage.
Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro counts with a little better battery lifetime than Motorola Edge 20 Lite, because it has 5500mAh of battery capacity against 5000mAh.
