Comparison review
Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro is just a bit better than Samsung Galaxy A50, getting a score of 84.2 against 83.8. The Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro is a much newer phone than Samsung Galaxy A50, although it is thicker and heavier. The Galaxy A50 has a really superior performance than Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro, although it has a lower amount of RAM, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit.
The Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro features a much better looking display than Galaxy A50, because although it has a quite lower pixel density, it also counts with a little higher resolution of 1080 x 2400px and a little bit bigger screen. Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro has much more memory capacity for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy A50, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 384 GB more internal storage capacity.
Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro captures a lot better photographs and videos than Galaxy A50, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not good for capturing photos or videos in low-light environments, it also counts with a much more mega pixels back camera, a lot bigger back camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors and a much higher 7680x4320 video definition.
Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro features a very superior battery lifetime than Galaxy A50, because it has a 38 percent larger battery size.
