Comparison review
Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro is better than the Samsung Galaxy A6, getting an 84.2 score against 75.8. Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro is a noticeably newer phone than Samsung Galaxy A6, although it is thicker and heavier. Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro counts with a much better display than Galaxy A6, because it has a lot better 1080 x 2400 resolution, a bigger display and a higher pixel density.
The Galaxy A6 features a much better hardware performance than Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro, although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, they both have 8 cores. The Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro features a much greater memory to install applications and games than Galaxy A6, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with 480 GB more internal storage capacity.
Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro has a much better battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy A6, because it has 5500mAh of battery capacity against 3000mAh. Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro takes way better videos and photos than Galaxy A6, because although it has a tinier aperture which is worse for low light photos and video, it also counts with a much bigger back camera sensor providing a lot better image quality, a much more mega-pixels camera and a lot higher video definition.
