The Galaxy M51 has a score of 87.7, which is just a bit better than Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro's 84.2 overall score. Despite of the fact the Galaxy M51 is much older and just a little thicker than the Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro, it's construction is still a bit lighter. Both devices in this comparison review use Android OS, but the Galaxy M51 has the previous 10 version while Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro has Android 14.

The Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro has a better screen than Galaxy M51, because it has a quite better pixels count per screen inch, a quite better resolution of 1080 x 2400px and a bit larger screen. Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro counts with a lot bigger storage capacity to install applications and games than Galaxy M51, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with 512 GB internal storage capacity.

The Galaxy M51 counts with a lot better hardware performance than Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro, although it has 10 GB less RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit. The Galaxy M51 counts with better battery duration than Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro, because it has 7000mAh of battery capacity. The Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro shoots a little bit better photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy M51, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is not recommended for capturing pictures or videos in poorly lited environments and a way worse resolution camera, it also counts with a bigger back-facing camera sensor which gives a higher photo and video quality and a way higher video quality.
