Comparison review
Galaxy S20 is much better than Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro, with a overall score of 94.8 against 84.2. Galaxy S20 is an much older phone than Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro, but it is somewhat thinner and extremely lighter anyway. Both devices in this review have Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy S20 has the previous 13 version while Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro has Android 14 version.
Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro has a slightly better looking display than Galaxy S20, because although it has a way worse 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution and a way lower pixel amount per inch of display, it also counts with a quite bigger screen. The Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro counts with more memory to install applications and games than Galaxy S20, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with 384 GB more internal memory capacity.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 features an extremely better processing unit than Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro, although it has a lower amount of RAM, they both have the same number of cores. The Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro has a way better battery duration than Galaxy S20, because it has 5500mAh of battery capacity. The Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro captures much better photos and videos than Galaxy S20, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not recommended for low light photography and video, and they both have the same video frame rate and the same 7680x4320 video quality, the Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro also counts with a lot more MP back facing camera and a bigger back-facing camera sensor.
