Comparison review
Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro is a little bit better than the Samsung Galaxy S6 Active, having a general score of 84.2 against 80.9. Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro's body has the same thickness than the Samsung Galaxy S6 Active, but it is noticeably heavier. These phones include Android OS (operating system), but the Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro has the newer 14 version and Samsung Galaxy S6 Active has Android 5.0.
The Galaxy S6 Active features just a bit better display than Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro, because although it has a lot smaller screen, it also counts with a higher amount of pixels per inch of screen and a higher resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels. Galaxy S6 Active has a much better performing processor than Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro, because although it has lesser RAM memory, and they both have 8 cores, the Galaxy S6 Active also counts with a 64-bits CPU and a GPU.
The Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro takes much clearer photographs and videos than Galaxy S6 Active, and although they both have a same size aperture, the Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro also has a lot higher 7680x4320 video definition, a lot bigger back-facing camera sensor taking way higher quality photos and a much more mega pixels back camera.
The Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro features a much better storage to store more games and applications than Galaxy S6 Active, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 512 GB internal memory. Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro counts with a superior battery lifetime than Galaxy S6 Active, because it has a 5500mAh battery size.
