Comparison review
Galaxy S6 Edge has a general score of 85.7, which is slightly better than the Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro's 84.2 global score. These phones work with Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy S6 Edge has the older 5.0 version while Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro has Android 14. Galaxy S6 Edge's construction is way lighter and somewhat thinner than Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro, despite of the fact that it was released many years before.
Galaxy S6 Edge counts with a much better performing processor than Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM, and they both have 8 processing cores, the Galaxy S6 Edge also counts with a 64-bit CPU and an extra graphics processing unit. Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge counts with a little sharper display than Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro, because although it has a really smaller display, it also counts with a higher 2560 x 1440 pixels resolution and more pixels per inch in the screen.
The Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro has much more storage capacity to install applications and games than Galaxy S6 Edge, because it has 384 GB more internal storage capacity. The Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro features a superior battery lifetime than Galaxy S6 Edge, because it has 5500mAh of battery capacity. The Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro captures much clearer pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, and although they both have a F1.9 aperture, the Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro also has a lot better 7680x4320 video quality, a way more mega pixels back facing camera and a lot larger back camera sensor providing a much better image quality.
