Comparison review
Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro is just a bit better than the Galaxy XCover Pro, getting an 84.2 score against 81. These devices use Android operating system, but Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro has the newer 14 version while Galaxy XCover Pro has Android 11 version. The Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro design is a lot newer and somewhat thinner than the Galaxy XCover Pro's, but it's also just a little heavier.
The Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro has an extremely better processor than Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro, although it has 12 GB lesser RAM memory, they both have 8 cores. Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro counts with a more vivid screen than Galaxy XCover Pro, because although it has a bit inferior amount of pixels per inch in the screen, it also counts with a little bit larger display and a quite better 1080 x 2400 resolution.
Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro features a way bigger memory for applications and games than Galaxy XCover Pro, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with 448 GB more internal memory capacity. Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro has a superior battery performance than Galaxy XCover Pro, because it has 5500mAh of battery capacity.
The Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro captures much better photographs and videos than Galaxy XCover Pro, because although it has a smaller camera aperture, it also counts with a way larger sensor providing a way better image quality, a way better video definition and a back facing camera with a way better resolution.
