Comparison review
The Sony Xperia 1 III has a score of 93.3, which is better than the Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro's 84.2 overall score. These phones work with Android operating system, but Sony Xperia 1 III has the older 11 version and Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro has Android 14. The Sony Xperia 1 III is an incredibly older phone than Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro, but it is somewhat lighter and just a little thinner anyway.
Sony Xperia 1 III counts with a lot better processing power than Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro, although it has less RAM, they both have 8 CPU cores. Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro counts with a bit more vivid display than Sony Xperia 1 III, because although it has a way worse 1080 x 2400 resolution and a lot lesser pixels per inch of screen, it also counts with a quite bigger display.
Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro shoots much clearer videos and photos than Xperia 1 III, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not good for capturing photographs or videos in low light situations, it also counts with a way higher 7680x4320 video definition, a camera in the back with a much better resolution and a larger sensor taking more light and vivid colors.
Sony Xperia 1 III has just a bit bigger storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro, because although it has only 256 GB internal memory, it also counts with a SD memory slot that holds up to 1 TB. The Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro has greater battery performance than Xperia 1 III, because it has 5500mAh of battery capacity instead of 4500mAh.
