Comparison review
Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro is a bit better than Xiaomi Mi Max, getting a global score of 84.2 against 77.5. Although the Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro is extremely newer than the Xiaomi Mi Max, it is just a bit heavier and thicker. The Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro has a much better looking display than Xiaomi Mi Max, because it has a little more pixels per display inch, a slightly higher 1080 x 2400 resolution and a little bit larger display.
Xiaomi Mi Max has a really superior processing power than Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro, although it has 12 GB lesser RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit. Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro captures much clearer pictures and videos than Xiaomi Mi Max, because it has a lot better 50 MP resolution back camera, a bigger aperture to take better low light captures and a way higher video quality.
Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro features a much bigger memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xiaomi Mi Max, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with more internal memory capacity. The Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro counts with a little longer battery performance than Xiaomi Mi Max, because it has 5500mAh of battery capacity.
