Comparison review
Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro is better than Xiaomi Mi Note 2, with a global score of 84.2 against 76. Both devices in our current comparison use Android operating system, but the Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro has the older 14 version and Xiaomi Mi Note 2 has Android 6.0 Marshmallow. The Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro design is much newer, but extremely heavier and somewhat thicker than Xiaomi Mi Note 2.
Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro counts with a much more vibrant screen than Xiaomi Mi Note 2, because it has a bigger screen, a slightly better 1080 x 2400 resolution and a quite greater pixels density. Xiaomi Mi Note 2 has a much faster processing unit than Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro, although it has lesser cpu cores and 10 GB less RAM memory.
Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro features a very superior storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xiaomi Mi Note 2, because it has more internal storage. The Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro counts with a superior battery life than Xiaomi Mi Note 2, because it has 5500mAh of battery capacity.
Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro shoots greater pictures and videos than Xiaomi Mi Note 2, because it has a larger diafragm aperture to capture better photos and video in low-light environments, a lot bigger sensor providing a much better image quality, a camera in the back with a much higher resolution and a much higher video resolution.
