Comparison review
Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro is a little bit better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 7, with an 84.2 score against 80.3. The Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro design is newer, but heavier and just a bit thicker than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 7. Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 features a much faster processing unit than Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro, although it has lesser RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores.
Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro counts with a more vivid display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 7, because although it has a just a bit lower pixels number in each display inch, it also counts with a little higher resolution of 1080 x 2400 and a quite larger screen. The Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro captures slightly better photos and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 7, because although it has a tinier camera aperture which is not nice for low-light photos, it also counts with a back-facing camera with a higher 50 MP resolution, a way better video definition and a way larger camera sensor providing a lot better image quality.
The Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro has a way bigger storage for games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi Note 7, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with more internal memory capacity. Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro features a really longer battery lifetime than Xiaomi Redmi Note 7, because it has a 5500mAh battery size.
