Comparison review
The Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro is slightly better than the Asus ROG Phone 8, with a general score of 84.2 against 79.5. Both devices in this review come with the same Android 14 OS (operating system), so you shouldn't perceive any differences regarding that. The Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro body has the same thickness and weight than the Asus ROG Phone 8.
The Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro features a bit better processor than Asus ROG Phone 8, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro also has more RAM. Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro and Asus ROG Phone 8 have extremely similar screens, both have a screen with the same size, the same screen brightness, the same quantity of pixels per inch of screen and the same 1080 x 2400 resolution.
The Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro features a much better storage to install games and applications than Asus ROG Phone 8, because it has 256 GB more internal storage capacity. Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro's camera is very similar to Asus ROG Phone 8's camera, both have a same size camera sensor, a 50 mega-pixels back facing camera, the same video quality, the same video frame rates and a same size camera aperture.
Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro's battery life is just as good as the Asus ROG Phone 8 one.
